To take part in the MTC event, there is a registration fee for ISSA Members of €100 per company. For Non ISA members the fee is €500
Each company will be able to have two delegates share a minimum of 10 meetings with Buyers over the Wednesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon and Friday morning sessions.
*MTC slots for non-ISSA members are limited and subject to availability.
• *Note - Sponsors have priority on the choice of buyers and in some tiers of sponsorship, are entitled to additional slots to meet with Customers.

15 Oct 2025, Wednesday – Day 1 ISSA Convention – Exhibition (Full Day), Conference (AM only) and MTC (PM only)

Evening programme – Networking Cocktail Reception (all registered delegates)

16 Oct 2025, Thursday – Day 2 ISSA Convention - Exhibition (Full Day), Conference (AM only) and MTC (PM only)

Evening programme – Sponsors Dinner (Sponsors & MTCs only) -Transport to Retail & F&B centre for other delegates not involved in Sponsors Dinner

17 Oct 2025, Friday – Day 3 ISSA Convention – for those registered for MTC, the session is only in the morning, there will also be access to a special interactive open dialogue session with buyers and suppliers with lunch included, exhibition and conference ends on Day 2. For those not involved in MTC, option to choose from a range of half day leisure activities in the morning with lunch included as part of their delegate package
